Our first bottle

When we made this first bottle, we had no idea where it would lead. It wasn't about building a business or creating a brand. It was simply an idea we couldn't stop thinking about - a bottle of pure Vermont maple syrup, a little curiosity, and the belief that adding cardamom could create something special.

So we tried.

That first bottle wasn't perfect. There was plenty of tasting, adjusting, learning, and starting over, but it gave us something more valuable than a finished product: confidence that we were onto something.

We've refined our recipe, designed our branding, built our website, shared our story, and are preparing to bring our maple syrup to people beyond our own kitchen. Every step has been built with care, patience, and a genuine love for simple, quality ingredients.

We're still writing the story of Sap & Spice, and we're so grateful you're here to be a part of it.
